Dave Stevens' Rocketeer--my first attempt at a sketch and so I wanted to make sure I got the jet pack right.
The assignment was to draw an old Ted Kord as the Blue Beetle and so we have the above.
"Her" or Kismet as she has become to be known. Pretty much the female version of Adam Warlock.
Haven't had much time to do the DSCs of late, so less posts from me.

Love The Rocketeer, but I've always wondered if he wore flame-retardant underwear. At least in your sketch, he was smart enough to not turn the jetpack on.
Back in those days, I bet his pants were made of ASBESTOS!
